Our journey with Saideh began when we discovered the richness of her dry apples, a humble yet precious product of her labor. These apples, weathered by the dry winds and golden sun of Qain province, found their way into our WaterMates, enriching our blends with a taste of tradition and history.
Saideh, known to her friends as Saeeda Saeedi, embodies the spirit of Khorasani culture and heritage. An archeology graduate and a passionate writer, she found herself drawn not only to the ancient relics of her province but also to its bountiful produce.
