If you want to become a good runner, try to make the first step to this habit as easy as possible. This can be as simple as putting on and taking off your running shoes once a day. This way you build a simple habit that you can then expand.
If you want to build muscle or try to lose weight by going to the gym, try going to the gym for 5 minutes only and then stop. Try to build the habit first and then expand it.

You will receive this via our app. It is a simple app that gives an educational message once a day that only takes 2 minutes of your time.

If for some reason you are unable to follow the 2 minutes, we will look for a solution together. We could possibly divide the 2-minute steps into simpler steps until you can realize them. If this is the case, you can indicate this during the feedback moments.

This can vary from person to person as everyone is different. We expect it to take between 1 and 3 months.
